About the event
This Month's Wine + Cheese Pairing will be Featuring Three Artisan Hand Selected Wines & Three Locally Sourced Cheeses form "Ottos Cheese Shop"!
This will be a relaxed & chill evening of simply enjoying some artisan wine & cheese while sharing life with friends and loved ones.
The tasting will be self guided and will include the following Wines:
1st Wine- ''biutiful'' Cava Rose- Catalonia, Spain
100% Garnacha from 40-50 year old vines. Full bodied Rose with a burst of citrus, floral notes.Bright flavors of plum, raspberries & strawberry.
2nd Wine- Au Bon Climat Chardonnay-Santa Barbara, CA
